General Populace is an industrial design and creative studio based in Boston, Massachusetts. This policy covers generalpopulace.com and any forms, newsletter sign-ups or job applications submitted through it.
What we collect
Contact details you give us directly, through the contact form, the newsletter sign-up or a job application: your name, email, and anything you write in a message or cover note.
Technical data collected automatically when you visit: pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address.
Analytics data on how visitors use the site, aggregated and used to improve it.
We do not collect payment details, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
How we use it
To reply to a message, a job application or a newsletter sign-up.
To understand how the site is used, so we can make it better.
To meet legal or accounting obligations where required.
We only use your information for the reason you gave it to us.

Who we share it with

We keep contact form and application messages only as long as needed to respond, then delete them, unless we agree with you to keep them longer. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
